I aim to create a warm and collaborative environment when interacting with people. Life can get over helming and we can all use a little bit of help sometimes. I hope I can provide a helping hand to help you get to where you would like or need to be.

I approach each individual with genuine curiosity and patience. I am an outsider looking into your life’s story. I can only try my best to understand where you are at and what you are going through. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to counselling. I do my best to tailor my approach to what clients bring to the table. I incorporate several therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) from a person-centered mindset.
