My office is an all inclusive and safe space for my clients and I care for the well being of all my clients using a collaborative and strength based approach. I often use a variety of approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. In addition to working with children and youth, I also work vastly along with LGBTQ+, young adults, and adults whom present concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, amid others.
